During the phone call, Iranian, Pakistani and Tajik defense ministers exchanged their views on the latest developments in the region concerning the US and Israeli military aggression against Iran as well as bilateral coordination and interaction with each other.
In his talk with Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif Muhammad, Brigadier General Ebn Al-Reza pointed to the history of longstanding relations between Tehran and Islamabad and appreciated the initiatives and constructive efforts of the government of Pakistan for establishing peace and stability in the region.
He emphasized the need for strengthening the mutual cooperation to establish regional peace and stability and playing a greater role and coordination to achieve the sustainable regional security.
The defense minister of Pakistan, for his part, expressed his condolences to the people and government of Iran on the martyrdom of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, senior military commanders, and civilians.
Khawaja Asif Muhammad considered the steadfastness and resistance of the Iranian people and Armed Forces as the greatest resistance in history, a source of pride for the Islamic nation, emphasizing the confronting the expansionism of the Zionist regime and preventing seditious plans in the region.
Iran’s caretake defense minister, in bother phone call with Minister of Defense of Tajikistan Col. General Sabirzoda Emomali Abdulrahim, hailed the political and constructive stance of Republic of Tajikistan with the government and people of Iran.
Ebn Al-Reza also thanked Tajikistan for sending the humanitarian aid to Iran during the war.
The Tajik defense minister, for his part, condoled the martyrdom of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, senior military commanders and civilians in the US-ISraeli aggression, emphasizing the need for restoring peace and stability for the noble people of Iran with common cultural and civilizational commonalities.
